when you love a girl, you leave flowers that you picked on the way to work in her locker; and next to the flowers is a bag of vegan jerky, & a note that says “look in fridge”, cos there is a bottle of apple juice with her name on it in there.

the world i dream of does not exist. i can’t imagine finding the love i seek because i’m as close to it as i could ever be, and still it eludes. people find it increasingly easier to walk away. they find it even easier to walk away from me.
