i’ve had a few piercings, all embarrassing. one was a monroe that i recieved when in 2003. it was 2003. wes eisold had one, give me a break. i did hold onto it a little too long. sentimental value, i guess. also, both of my ears were pierced in 2006? maybe 2007. i can’t remember. they only lasted around a month. they were purely for entertainment purposes, and i wore LARGE cubic zirconia studs in them. still haven’t lived that down.
as for tattoos, i have a secret one. a pretty good amount of people know what it is, and it’s rather embarrassing, but not in an embarrassing location.
my middle name is joseph. it’s my grandfathers middle name, and i am somewhat fond of it for that reason. i only wish i had his first name too, which is leopoldo. i do like the name dominic, though. i’m glad no one ever called me DJ.
that people on the internet are forever complaining about insomnia. If you were to close your laptop at like nine and get in a comfortable, peaceful night time routine, you’d probably pass the fuck out. It’s a fact that being online, checking your phone, or watching tv keeps you from falling…
“Love is the ultimate outlaw. It just won’t adhere to any rules. The most any of us can do is to sign on as its accomplice. Instead of vowing to honor and obey, maybe we should swear to aid and abet. That would mean that security is out of the question. The words “make” and “stay” become inappropriate. My love for you has no strings attached. I love you for free.”—Tom Robbins, Still Life with Woodpecker (via oceanofmind)
